Where Children Grow in God's Love
At St. Mark, we joyfully nurture children in Christian faith. Our Preschool, St. Mark Lutheran Preschool, serves the Encinitas community by offering a Reggio Emiliaâinspired education that integrates faith and learning in a caring environment.
We also partner with Thrive Learning Center, a Homeschool Partnership and K-12 ministry that supports families in providing a flexible, faith-based education.

Operation Christmas Child
Shoeboxes are due by Sunday, November 23!
Christmas is coming! St. Mark Lutheran Church is once again partnering with Samaritanâs Purse and Operation Christmas Child to send Christmas gift boxes to children in need around the world.
How to participate:
- Pick up a box at the St. Mark Church Welcome Center or the preschool.
- Fill it with age-appropriate gifts (toys, hygiene items, school supplies, etc.).
- Return your filled shoebox to St. Mark Church by Sunday, November 23 during the 9:30 am service for a special blessing before it is shipped overseas.

BAPTIZED IN THE LORD
Baptism at St. Mark
Baptism was commanded by Jesus Himself, in Matthew 28:19-20, when He said,
"Therefore, go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the Name of the Father and of the Son of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commandeed you...."

Parking and Shuttle Information
Welcome to St. Mark! Weâre excited to have you visit. Our campus offers convenient parking and accessible services to ensure a smooth experience for all.
- Parking Lots: We have two parking areas available for your convenience. The lower lot is located as you drive in, offering a stairway to the upper lot and main entrance of the church. Some parking is available in the upper lot which is closer to the preschool building.
- Handicapped Accessibility: Handicapped parking spaces are available in both lots, with easy access to all church facilities.
- Shuttle Service: If you park in the lower lot, our shuttle service is available to transport you to the church entrance.
- Navigating Campus: Our campus is designed to be easily navigable. Signage is posted throughout to guide you to key areas, including the sanctuary, preschool, and restrooms. If you need assistance or have any questions, please feel free to ask one of our friendly volunteers.
